Out with Circe we spied these Dino birds. They looked so huge even from a distance. Their wings were thrown back as if to say “Yo!” I see these everywhere. I am thinking they are some variation of a vulture/condor. They are big enough to carry off a small animal.

PUD NEWS…

Pud has a new toy to replace her chicken, which is just a torso now! We have moved up to a pink pig.

Pud gives some love…..

I wanted to get in some exploring of the area, but I got involved in house and property maintenance. I got the entire lawn mowed and made progress down the little glade in the back where the deer hang out. I also got a security system installed…Woo Hoo! It was easy, but just took time to get everything installed. I feel better. Now I can scare off any bears that come creeping around.
I have two lights on the front porch and while I was hooking one up on a timer I found this inside….

Seems someone is excited about Halloween….I doubt any kids trick or treat here….forest and all.

This is not much of the post, but it was a strange and busy week for me. I had visions of going one direction, but the universe took me in an entirely different way.
I wanted to mention that I watched the “Fire in Paradise” documentary on Netflix. It was very well done, but it depressed me and brought back many anxious and sad thoughts from the fires of 2017/2018. While it is an excellent documentary, those in the Bay Area might find it a bit hard to watch. I know I did.
Hope everyone is enjoying the run up to Autumn and the cooling temps. Hopefully, I will have some new videos exploring the woods and cities next week….
