We have a new doggie hanging around. He looks like a mix between a dachshund and a herding dog. He likes the front porch 🙂

The week has been very spring like here. It has warmed up to the high 60’s and low 70’s. The trees are still shedding their leaves and winter is slowly creeping in. I can see some of my neighbors now that the trees are bare.

The lunar eclipse is on Tuesday. I attempted to catch the first phase, but my iPhone kept recording the whole moon unfortunately. I did pull out my gear and if the moon is viewable from my position on Tuesday, I will photograph it with my camera. If you get a chance, get and take a look at the eclipse.
Not much going on this last week. I have looked around at some homes, none a good fit, and checked out more of the area. Louisa County is beautiful, but not much going on here. I will be traveling around further south this week looking for more historic areas. I have also started a new project. It involves photographing homes in the area. Hopefully, I won’t get shot…..people get a little weird when they see people photographing their homes. I can’t say I blame them. I am trying to find mostly abandoned homes, but there are some really interesting homes that would be great in my new project. I haven’t decided where I am going with the project, just starting and exploring.
That is pretty much it, not much of interest this week. I leave you with the pud….
